Domaine de la Crouze is located in the small village just west of Macon, Burgundy, called Fuisse. Crouze's wines are know for their high-toned minerality and fruitiness that are common amongst the great wines of this region. They believe in the Laissez Fair approach to winemaking, and wines express that purity and complexity that only come with this respect to terroir.
