Cà di Rajo (Rajo being the ancient name of Rai) has its roots beside the Piave river, among the fertile countryside of Treviso; a history of wine dressers which are intertwined with this territory and guided by the beloved Madonnina del Carmine little church.
The columns of the convent, which stands by this church, have been found walled up directly into the house and a date (1507) carved on the walls witnesses how long in time our roots are.
In 1960 the Cecchetto family, previously Gio’l s farmer, converts the land into valuable vineyards and begins to farm it: after years of hard work, in 1972 the Cecchettos become proprietors.

Tasting NotesElegant and complex, with hints of banana, pineapple, wild flowers and bread. Dry body, it reminds fruits with apple and pear notes; the harmony is completed by a right savoury.
