Their barrels are crafted from French oak that is aged to the winery’s specifications and specificall Les Noisetiers gets its name from the consistent toasted hazelnut characteristic this wine displays vintage after vintage.y tailored to the program. All of the wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined. Les Noisetiers is a combination of specific lots from within some of the same vineyards located in far western Sonoma County.
