About WineHand harvested and fermented in stainless steel. Long maceration gives this wine a soft and supple texture, very typical of a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 18 months in 47% new French Oak, this wine is a blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, with Petit Syrah and Merlot.
