At Cuvelier Los Andes the main grape variety is Malbec. They have planted Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. This enables them to create their own blended wines and also contribute to those of Clos de los Siete.

Tasting NotesSaturated purple in color, it has a complex nose of toasty oak, scorched earth, mineral, cassis, and black cherry. On the palate the wine has exceptional breadth and depth along with layers of red and black fruits. The wine nicely combines elegance and power, easily hides its tannins under a blanket of fruit.
