Once upon a time ... , one day of November 1903, François Boulière, his wife Henriette and his son André, leave the High Corrèze area, and come to settle down in "Ste. EULALIE"on a small wine farm of 3 hectares large.Initially sharecropper of the land of CHELIVETTE, François Boulière became the owner of the farmwine of Chelivettein 1927. The end of the second world war in 1945 gave a lot of hope, and as he comes back from "German captivity", André Boulière invests himself in the development of the family company. In 1973 Jean-Louis Boulière takes the management of the Château de Chelivette. The destiny of "CHELIVETTE" is then laid down: to have a small production, but to give our attention to the excellence, with the conjunction of the traditions respect, and the introduction of innovating methods of cultivating and vine-making, to associate the characters of a soil of great quality, the fruity and the richness of a modern high-class wine.
